Another of my pro-tips is to set up a self-hosted self-serve link shortener set up on your church website's domain (or otherwise use a WordPress redirect plugin)

e.g. https://hub.docker.com/r/ajanvier/polr

Pros:

• nice short links for church-use
• less updating of actual church website itself
• nice for flyers and slides

Drawbacks:

• giving too many people access means old shortlinks don't get cleaned up..
